FlowInquiry v1.0 is Now Available
We’ve released version 1.0 of FlowInquiry, a tool to help teams manage tickets from start to finish. It’s built for internal and external requests, and it makes support more organized and easier to track.
With this release, you can set up your own workflows, define response times, and keep tickets from falling through the cracks.
