Boost Team Productivity: FlowInquiry Adds Project Management with Kanban & Collaboration

Project Management Is Now Part of FlowInquiry
FlowInquiry now supports project management. This expands the platform beyond workflow automation and into day-to-day task tracking and team coordination.
Teams can use FlowInquiry to manage both external requests and internal work—all in one place.
Why We Added Project Management
FlowInquiry has always helped teams manage stakeholder requests through workflows and SLAs. But many teams also need a way to organize internal projects and track progress across tasks.
The new Project Management module gives teams a single system for handling both.
Key Features
Kanban Boards
Visualize project tasks on a Kanban board. Drag tasks between columns such as “To Do,” “In Progress,” and “Done” to reflect their status. Update task status quickly without extra steps.
Drag-and-Drop Interaction
You can rearrange tasks, update priorities, and assign owners using simple gestures.
No complex menus or settings.
Support for Multiple Projects
Work on several projects at once.
Switch between them and track their progress without losing context.
Team Collaboration
Assign tasks to team members, set due dates, and track updates as work progresses. Everyone stays informed without needing separate tools.
One Platform, Two Core Functions
With project management built in, FlowInquiry now supports:
- Structured workflows for managing external requests
- Flexible project tracking for internal tasks
This means fewer tools, fewer handoffs, and a clearer picture of what needs to get done.
Deployment
FlowInquiry can be deployed using Docker Compose.
